I’m Karen Caddell—a 20-year Navy veteran whose own journey through health challenges sparked a powerful calling to help others. After retiring from the military, I discovered my passion in health and wellness coaching. I believe the human body is capable of incredible transformation, and the answers we seek are often already within us. My mission is to help you unlock that potential and shift from merely surviving to truly thriving.

With multiple degrees and certifications, I bring both education and lived experience to my coaching—but what drives me most is seeing people reclaim their energy, purpose, and confidence.

Health and wellness coaching is a supportive, goal-oriented process that helps you make sustainable changes in areas like nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, and overall lifestyle. As your coach, I partner with you to explore what matters most, overcome obstacles, and create a personalized action plan that fits your life.


Coaching focuses on your present and future—helping you set goals, take action, and stay accountable. Unlike therapy, it doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. And unlike consulting, I don’t give you all the answers—I guide you to discover what works best for you through powerful questions and support.


The initial session lasts around 45–60 minutes and follow-ups are 20-30 minutes. We'll start by checking in, then focus on a specific goal or challenge you choose. I’ll help you explore what's getting in the way, and together we'll identify practical steps to move forward. You’ll leave each session with clarity, motivation, and a plan.


Coaching is for anyone ready to make positive changes in their health, habits, or mindset. Whether you're struggling with consistency, looking to reduce stress, improve your energy, or find more balance, coaching offers structure and support to help you succeed.


Every client is different. Some people see meaningful shifts in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over several months. Typically, clients start with an initial package of 4–8 sessions. The more you engage with the process, the more powerful your results will be.
